Online Analytics and Advertising
ANALYTICS
We may use third-party
web analytics services (such as those of Google Analytics) on our Services to
collect and analyze usage information through cookies and similar tools; engage
in auditing, research, or reporting; assist with fraud prevention; and provide
certain features to you. To prevent Google Analytics from using your

Add-on by clicking here.
If you receive email
from us, we may use certain analytics tools, such as clear GIFs to capture data
such as when you open our message or click on any links or banners our email
contains. This data allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our communications
and marketing campaigns.
ONLINE
ADVERTISING
The Services may
integrate third-party advertising technologies that allow for the delivery of
relevant content and advertising on the Services, as well as on other websites
you visit and other applications you use. The ads may be based on various
factors such as the content of the page you are visiting, information you enter
such as your age and gender, your searches, demographic data, user-generated
content, and other information we collect from you. These ads may be based on
your current activity or your activity over time and across other websites and
online services and may be tailored to your interests.
Third parties may also
place cookies or other tracking technologies on your computer, mobile phone, or
other device to collect information about you as discussed above. These third
parties (e.g., ad networks and ad servers such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick
and others) may also serve tailored ads to you as you use the Internet and
Internet-connected applications, and access their own cookies or other tracking
technologies on your computer, mobile phone, or other device you use to access
the Services to assist in this activity.
We neither have access
to, nor does this Privacy Policy govern, the use of cookies or other tracking
technologies that may be placed on your device you use to access the Services
by such non-affiliated third parties. If you are interested in more information
about tailored browser advertising and how you can generally control cookies
from being put on your computer to deliver tailored advertising, you may visit
the Network Advertising Initiative’s
Consumer Opt-Out link, the Digital Advertising
Alliance’s Consumer Opt-Out link, or Your Online Choices to opt-out of receiving
tailored advertising from companies that participate in those programs. To opt
out of Google Analytics for display advertising or customize Google display
network ads, visit the Google Ads Settings page. We do not control
these opt-out links or whether any particular company chooses to participate in
these opt-out programs. We are not responsible for any choices you make using
these mechanisms or the continued availability or accuracy of these mechanisms.
Please note that if you
exercise the choices above, you will still see advertising when you use the
Services, but it will not be tailored to you based on your online behavior over
time.
(G) Information from other
sources:
We may receive more
information about you such as your name, email address, demographic
information, IP addresses, location, and use of social media websites, by
searching the Internet or querying third parties.

your email address, we may send you promotional email offers on behalf of other
businesses, or email you about your use of the Services. Also, we may receive a
confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us make

solely to residents of the State of California (“consumers” or “you”).
UNI-SOURCE 2000 adopts this Notice and Statement to comply with the California
Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) of 2018, as amended from time to time. Any terms
defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice and
Statement. This Notice and Statement does not reflect our collection, use, or
disclosure of California residents’ personal information where an exception
under the CCPA applies.
California law defines
“personal information” broadly as information that identifies, relates to,
describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably
be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household.
This notice also uses that definition for personal information.

category of personal information, we have collected, we have included the
reference to the enumerated category or categories of personal information in

agent’s ID with a notarized letter verifying the relationship (e.g., parent or
guardian), and including detailed information about the requested data to be
deleted.

California Shine the
Light
Residents of the State
of California, under California Civil Code § 1798.83, have the right to request
a list of all third parties to which the company has disclosed personal
information during the preceding year for direct marketing purposes from companies
conducting business in California. Alternatively, the law provides that if the
company has a privacy policy that gives either an opt-out or opt-in choice for
use of your personal information by third parties (such as advertisers) for
marketing purposes, the company may instead provide you with information about
how to exercise your disclosure choice options.
This comprehensive
Privacy Statement from UNI-SOURCE 2000 provides you with details about how you
may either opt-out or opt-in to the use of your personal information by third
parties for direct marketing purposes. Therefore, we are not required to maintain
nor disclose a list of the third parties that received your personal
information for marketing purposes during the preceding year.
Verification:
Please note, we will take steps to verify your identity
before fulfilling any of the above requests. If you maintain an Account with
us, we will verify your identity through existing authentication practices for
the Account (e.g., login and password). If you are not a registered Website or
Services user, we will verify your identity by matching two or three data
points that you provide with data points that we maintain and have determined
to be reliable for the purposes of verification.
